My stay here has been nothing short of exceptional. The gentleman who checked me in was very nice. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax and feel at home. Kelly, who works the overnight shift, deserves special recognition. Her customer service is truly next‑level. She made sure fresh coffee was ready for me by 5 a.m. every morning and consistently checked in to ensure my stay was going well. From a management perspective, she is absolutely someone worth investing in for a leadership or management‑trainee track. Amanda and Tom at the bar were fantastic as well. Every evening they welcomed me back with genuine warmth, asked about my day, and even kept me accountable for getting to the gym. Their hospitality made a real difference. I’ll be traveling to Knoxville monthly for work, and I’ve officially found my home away from home. Looking forward to seeing everyone again next month.

Taking a road trip with my family from Texas to North Carolina and we decided to make it stop for the evening in Knoxville as we were exhausted. I walked in and I was greeted by a sweet gentleman that not only checked us in efficiently but also provided us 2 complimentary beverages from the bar as a welcome gift. It was an unexpected , pleasant surprise. The rooms were cleaned and the shower is so nice! Thanks Aloft , this was an amazing experience !

Customer service was above and beyond! Rooms were clean, property felt very safe as it was well lit around, and this hotel is very pet friendly. We just stayed for a quick overnight but overall would recommend!

I visited the bar, which is pet friendly and excellent quality. Jam the bartender was friendly and kept our large party happy. Definitely recommend the old fashioneds! Primo stuff. Their wells are also really decent. I am a cocktail aficionado, and everything from techniques to spirits to mixology was really well done! Jam the bartender will take care of you whether you just stop by or stay for awhile. Ben was also friendly and a great cook. If you’re wanting more than the fast food or Starbucks in the area, it’s worth hopping over here. Their hummus dish has a chili garlic crisp topping (totally stealing that idea), the wings are excellent with a sticky sauce, and they have these chips with a guacamole verde sauce that I’d eat like a soup. Someone in my party also got the frito pie, and they said it was delicious. Jam the bartender and Ben the cook were definitely the highlight of the experience. They make quality drinks / dishes and also make you feel welcomed.

I would leave six stars if I could. The staff at this hotel is amazing, they do everything in their power to make you feel like you are at home. The facilities are beautiful, kept clean, a great place to just hang out, one of the few hotels wherever I actually wanted to leave my room and hang out in the lobby. The bartender, Emaleigh was probably the most friendly, warm and beautiful person I’ve ever met. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I will definitely be staying here every time I’m in Knoxville.

I had a fantastic stay at the Aloft, made truly exceptional by Jessica and Alex. From the moment I arrived, they were warm, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless and welcoming, and their professionalism paired with genuine friendliness truly stood out. It’s clear they take great pride in their work and in representing the hotel so well. Thanks to Jessica and Alex, I will definitely be coming back!

I stayed here on my move while searching for a home. I was able to check in early without any extra charge and that meant the world to me. The room was pristine, and the bed was super comfy. With the winter weather it was hard to leave but that’s not anyone’s fault. I was very thankful for the gym downstairs just to workout all the energy I had.

Jessica who checked us in was amazing. She even called our room to make sure we were happy after we got settled. Very clean, everything you need is in the room and the beds were very, very comfortable. It’s a great location and the decor is amazing. I give this hotel an 5 star all around.
